Demo Terms
By accessing the MFP On DemandTM Demo (the “Demo”), you agree to comply with these terms and that Brand.net, Inc. (“Brand”) has given you limited authorization to access its servers solely for the purpose described in these terms. The Demo is confidential to Brand and all intellectual property embodied in the Demo is the property of Brand. Brand is providing you with confidential access to the Demo to allow you to evaluate, solely for your own internal use, Brand’s MFP On Demand product. Except as necessary to view the Demo on your computer and discuss your evaluation with your advisers that are subject to a duty of confidentiality, you agree to (and to require your advisers to) not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, or perform the Demo or disclose any information in the Demo for any purpose. Any unauthorized use of the Demo or the information contained therein will violate these terms and may violate intellectual property laws and computer trespass laws. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the Northern District of California for any litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and your agreement to comply with these terms.
